"Cute stuff, but kind of hit or miss"
I thought a lot of the items were cute, but it felt hit or miss for the price. The quality was fine, just not anything that made me feel like it was worth spending that much. Once shipping was added in, it felt even less like a good deal. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really good sale

"Delivery was really late and confusing"
I paid for delivery expecting it to come within the usual timeframe, but the updates were all over the place. At one point I thought it was arriving that week, then nothing changed for days, and I lost track of what the actual delivery date was supposed to be. It finally showed up more than two weeks late. Glad it arrived eventually, but the whole process was frustrating enough that I probably won’t order again.

"Tried it on and instantly regretted it"
The second I put it on, I was like, nope. The fabric felt really scratchy and cheap, and it was just not comfortable at all.

"I was kind of in a hurry..."
I was kind of in a hurry when I was shopping, and the site itself was easy enough to get around. But a few things I liked were either out of stock or only had random sizes left, which was a little frustrating. Not a terrible experience, I just wish the inventory was updated better.

"Couldn’t really find my style"
I checked out jackandjillboutique.com hoping I’d find a few cute things, but the selection just didn’t do much for me. Some of the pieces felt kind of outdated, and others were just not really my vibe at all.
I kept browsing for a while because the site itself was easy enough to move around, and I was sort of convinced there had to be something I’d like. But then I’d click into another section and it was mostly more of the same, which was a little frustrating. I mean, maybe I’m being picky, but also… not really?
I can see how some people might be into their style, so I don’t want to totally knock it. For me though, the options felt limited, and I ended up leaving without buying anything

I ordered the blue one, but when it showed up it looked more like a dull grey to me. Maybe it’s just the lighting or the photos online, but it definitely didn’t look like what I thought I was getting...

I did get the item swapped in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. It just took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Not the fastest process, but at least they managed to get it done.

"Pretty good overall, just a little slow"
I had a good experience with jackandjillboutique.com overall. The items looked like the photos, and the quality was nice for the price. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Everything was packaged fine and nothing arrived damaged. I’d probably order again — just maybe not if I needed something super quickly.

"Packaging was actually really nice"
The shoes showed up packed way better than I expected. No dents, no messy tape, and the box looked clean and neat. Everything inside was safe too, so yeah, I was happy to see that.

The checkout process was annoying. My payment kept freezing right when I was trying to finish up, which made the whole thing take way longer than it should have, not exactly what you want when you’re just trying to get an order placed and move on with your day.

"It works, but be prepared for a clunky experience"
The site does technically work, but just a heads up, it can feel clunky and confusing at times. I found myself having to stop and figure out where to go next more than once. It’s usable, but don’t expect the smoothest experience.

"They fixed it, but it took way too long"
I had an issue with my order and felt kind of stupid for trusting them at first because it took several messages before anything actually got sorted. To be fair, customer service did fix it in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the whole back-and-forth was annoying and could’ve been handled a lot smoother. Not the worst experience, just frustrating.

"Nice website, shame about the silence"
I’ll give them this: the ordering process looked smooth and professional. Unfortunately, that’s about where the good part ended. I emailed twice asking for an update on my order and never heard back. I even tried the contact form, figuring maybe that would work better, but still got nothing. It’s frustrating when all you need is a simple reply. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Updates were okay, but could’ve been clearer"
I mean, I did get a few updates about my order, so it wasn’t like I was totally in the dark. They just felt a bit slow and not always super clear, and I ended up checking on it myself once. Not a terrible experience, but the communication could definitely be better

"Return process was a total mess"
Trying to return my order turned into such a ridiculous headache. The whole process felt amateur, with slow replies, vague instructions, and way too much back-and-forth for something that should’ve been simple. I still don’t have my refund sorted, which is pathetic. Based on this, I wouldn’t bother ordering from them again.

"Wrong color showed up twice"
I ordered a blue romper, but a pink one showed up instead, and then the same thing happened again. To be fair, customer support did eventually get it sorted out, but it took longer than I expected and was kind of frustrating

"Refund took forever"
I sent the item back and figured the refund would show up quickly. A few days, maybe. Then a week passed. Then another. Still nothing. I kept checking my account and emails, hoping for an update. waiting weeks for a refund is really frustrating and just not okay...

I washed it and, somehow, it still looks good. i was half expecting it to fall apart or look weird after one wash, because that’s usually how these things go, but no, it held up just fine.
